Colleagues, hello everyone! We have been implementing Shifton in our bakery chain for a month now, and so far everything seems to be working, but there are still questions. I am especially interested in the automatic employee schedule generator. The system does select shifts, but sometimes it does it in a strange way - it puts the same person in a row in the morning, then at night, then again in the morning... Although the settings seem to indicate a limit on shifts. Tell me, who has already really got this function working - how does it behave over time? Maybe I configured it incorrectly somewhere? Or do I just need to endure it at the initial stages?
